Terms of Service

To use the Service, you must:

• be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law;
• not be subject to sanctions, restrictions, or export controls that would make your use unlawful.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are a minor who has gained access to the Service without meeting the age requirement, any transactions you enter into are voidable at Pull.fun's discretion. Parents and legal guardians may be held liable for unauthorized use by minors under their supervision.

Pull.fun is a platform for digital and physical collectible experiences. Features may include:

• digital pack openings or pulls with randomized outcomes;
• a marketplace for buying, selling, and trading authenticated physical trading cards;
• vaulting, storage, and custody services for physical collectibles;
• redemption and physical delivery of collectible items;
• digital wallets for fiat and cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals;
• buyback, trade-in, and promotional features;
• provably fair cryptographic verification of draw outcomes.

Certain features may be subject to additional rules, policies, or supplemental terms. If there is a conflict between supplemental terms and these Terms, the supplemental terms will control for the relevant feature.

Certain parts of the Service involve randomized outcomes, including digital pack openings, pulls, and similar mechanics.

By participating, you understand and agree that:

• outcomes are determined by cryptographic randomization;
• you may receive items of greater or lesser value than the price paid;
• purchases are for the entertainment value of the pull experience itself;
• pull outcomes are final once revealed, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise;
• purchasing a pull, pack, or entry does not guarantee any minimum resale value, market value, or future appreciation.

3.1 Provably Fair Verification

Pull.fun uses cryptographically secure randomization for draws. Where provably fair mechanics are used, outcome verification methods are described in platform documentation. Provably fair means outcomes are independently verifiable — it does not mean outcomes are favorable or that any particular result is more likely.

3.2 Probability Disclosure

Pull.fun publishes draw probabilities, rarity structures, and pool compositions for each pack. Odds are displayed transparently and update in real time as cards are drawn from the pool. Probabilities, pool sizes, and available items may vary by product, event, or release.

3.3 No Combination Mechanics

Pull.fun does not employ "complete gacha" (kompu gacha) or any mechanic that requires users to collect a specific combination of items to receive a reward. Each pull is an independent transaction.

3.4 Jurisdictional Compliance

Certain randomized mechanics may be restricted, modified, or unavailable in jurisdictions where such features are regulated or prohibited. Pull.fun reserves the right to modify or disable randomized features on a per-jurisdiction basis to comply with applicable law.

The Service is an entertainment and collectibles platform. It is not a gambling service, casino, lottery, or investment product.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• purchases on Pull.fun are for entertainment and collection purposes;
• collectibles, cards, and digital items are not securities, financial instruments, or investment products;
• no promise is made that any item will increase or retain its value;
• values may fluctuate, decline, or fall to zero;
• marketplace prices are set by individual users, not guaranteed by Pull.fun;
• buyback, if offered, is a voluntary, discretionary platform feature and does not constitute a guarantee of liquidity or redemption at face value;
• you are not relying on Pull.fun for financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

The existence of a marketplace, buyback feature, or resale functionality does not transform purchases into wagers or investment contracts. No user is entitled to monetary return as a condition of purchase.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You may register using email, social login, or by connecting a supported blockchain wallet.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and wallet access;
• all activity that occurs under your account;
• providing accurate, current, and complete information.

You may not:

• impersonate another person;
• create accounts using false information;
• create or operate multiple accounts without Pull.fun's express permission;
• share, sell, or transfer your account without authorization;
• use bots, scripts, or automation unless expressly permitted.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where accounts are linked (e.g., wallet and email belong to the same person), Pull.fun may merge or associate them.

Certain features require you to connect a supported blockchain wallet or use supported digital assets. Pull.fun supports deposits and withdrawals across multiple blockchain networks, including Ethereum and Solana-compatible chains.

You are solely responsible for:

• your wallet security, including private keys, seed phrases, passwords, and authentication methods;
• transaction accuracy, including wallet addresses, network selection, and token compatibility;
• any loss arising from unauthorized access, user error, or blockchain-related failure.

You acknowledge and accept the following risks inherent to blockchain-based systems:

• Irreversibility. On-chain transactions may be irreversible. Pull.fun cannot recover assets sent to incorrect addresses or incompatible networks.
• Smart contract risk. Deposits and sweeps interact with smart contracts that may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities, bugs, or be subject to exploits, upgrades, or third-party attacks.
• Network risk. Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, reorganizations, validator misbehavior, or outages that delay or prevent transactions.
• Cross-chain risk. Bridge protocols and cross-chain transfers carry additional risk of loss or delay.
• Token compatibility. Not all tokens on supported networks are compatible with Pull.fun. Sending unsupported tokens may result in permanent loss.
• Regulatory risk. Digital assets may be classified differently across jurisdictions. Regulatory changes may affect the availability, functionality, or legality of certain features.
• Chain discontinuation. Pull.fun does not guarantee continued support for any specific blockchain network and may add or remove supported chains at any time.

All prices on Pull.fun are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

You agree that:

• prices may change at any time before purchase;
• fees may include processing fees, platform fees, network fees, redemption fees, shipping fees, storage fees, taxes, or similar charges;
• all applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm a transaction;
• you are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges imposed by authorities or service providers;
• completed purchases are non-cancelable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the exchange rate at the time of on-chain confirmation, not at the time of deposit initiation. You bear all exchange rate risk between initiation and confirmation.

Pull.fun uses third-party payment processors, including Stripe, whose terms may also apply to your transactions.

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product or required by law:

• all sales are final;
• opened pulls or revealed packs are non-refundable;
• expired claims, redemption windows, or time-limited offers may not be restored;
• accidental purchases, user errors, or changes in market value do not create a refund right.

If Pull.fun offers refunds, credits, replacements, or goodwill resolutions in a specific case, that does not create an obligation to do so in future cases.

8.1 EU/UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. By initiating a pull or pack opening, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the randomized outcome is revealed. This consent is requested separately at the point of purchase where required by law.

Pull.fun may offer buyback or trade-in features that allow you to return items to Pull.fun in exchange for platform credit or other consideration.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• buyback is a discretionary feature and may be offered, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice;
• buyback prices are set by Pull.fun in its sole discretion and may differ materially from the original purchase price, current market value, or listed marketplace price;
• Pull.fun is not obligated to offer buyback for any specific item, category, or time period;
• the availability of buyback does not constitute a promise of liquidity, a price floor, or a guaranteed return on purchase;
• the existence of buyback does not make pulls, packs, or collectibles an investment product.

Where a digital item corresponds to a physical collectible, Pull.fun may offer redemption, shipping, and claim functionality.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• redemption is subject to processing fees, shipping fees, insurance, taxes, duties, and handling charges, which are displayed before confirmation;
• physical fulfillment may be delayed by authentication, grading, inventory verification, logistics, customs, or carrier issues;
• some items may be subject to claim windows or redemption deadlines, after which the claim may expire;
• once redeemed or shipped, the associated digital record may be modified, deactivated, or removed;
• an international surcharge may apply for deliveries outside the United States.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise specified at the time of redemption.

Pull.fun may store physical collectibles on your behalf in third-party vault and storage facilities.

• Pull.fun acts as custodian, not owner. You retain ownership of vaulted items.
• Items are stored in climate-controlled, insured facilities. Pull.fun may rely on third-party providers for authentication, storage, insurance, and logistics.
• Pull.fun maintains internal records linking digital records to physical inventory.

While commercially reasonable steps are taken to protect stored items, Pull.fun does not guarantee against all loss, damage, delay, theft, force majeure, or third-party failure. In the event of loss or damage to a vaulted item caused by Pull.fun's negligence:

• Pull.fun's liability per item is limited to the lower of (a) the price you paid to acquire the item through the Service, or (b) the most recent appraised or listed value on the platform;
• claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 30 days of discovery;
• you are encouraged to maintain your own insurance for high-value items.

The Service may allow users to buy, sell, trade, or transfer items with other users.

• Pull.fun acts as a platform provider. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Pull.fun is not the seller in peer-to-peer transactions.
• Pull.fun charges platform, listing, and transaction fees, which are displayed before confirmation.
• Pull.fun may remove listings, freeze transfers, or block transactions suspected of fraud, manipulation, wash trading, or policy violations.
• Pull.fun is not responsible for disputes between users arising from peer-to-peer transactions, except as required by law.

Pull.fun may from time to time offer promotional features such as:

• promo codes and credits;
• loyalty, referral, or ambassador rewards;
• event-based or limited-time offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• such offers are optional and may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time;
• they may be subject to expiration, eligibility rules, and anti-abuse restrictions;
• they have no cash value unless expressly stated.

You may not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative purposes;
• attempt to exploit pull mechanics, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities;
• use bots, scrapers, automation, or multi-accounting to gain unfair advantage;
• circumvent geographic restrictions, account restrictions, or compliance controls, including through VPNs or proxies;
• interfere with the operation, security, or infrastructure of the Service;
• infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights;
• engage in chargeback abuse, payment fraud, wash trading, collusion, or market manipulation;
• use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.

Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of account balance, reversal of promotional benefits, reporting to authorities, or other enforcement action.

Pull.fun is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other financial crime. Pull.fun may, at any time and in its sole discretion:

• request identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before enabling withdrawals, high-value transactions, or certain features;
• require age verification;
• request source-of-funds or transaction documentation;
• set transaction, deposit, or withdrawal limits based on verification level;
• freeze funds, suspend withdrawals, or hold transactions pending compliance review;
• report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required or permitted by law;
• refuse, pause, or cancel transactions to comply with applicable law, sanctions, or platform integrity requirements.

Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable time may result in restricted access, delayed fulfillment, frozen balances, or account termination.

The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions. Certain features, including randomized mechanics, digital asset functionality, and redemption logistics, may be restricted or unavailable depending on local law.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. You must not use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions. Pull.fun reserves the right to restrict access or functionality by jurisdiction at any time.

All rights in the Service, including software, branding, graphics, interfaces, content, and related technology, are owned by or licensed to Pull.fun and are reserved.

Except as expressly allowed, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service;
• use Pull.fun branding without written permission;
• exploit the Service or its content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Third-party names, marks, and brands (including trading card brands, grading services, and blockchain networks) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

If you submit content to the Service — including usernames, profile images, reviews, messages, or marketplace listings — you grant Pull.fun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the operation and promotion of the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. Pull.fun may remove content that violates these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Please note that blockchain transactions are recorded on public ledgers. Wallet addresses and transaction data associated with your activity may be publicly visible and cannot be deleted or modified by Pull.fun.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pull.fun disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• merchantability;
• fitness for a particular purpose;
• non-infringement;
• uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information.

Pull.fun does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access to the Service;
• that any item will be resalable or retain value;
• the future value, appreciation, or liquidity of any collectible;
• compatibility with all wallets, browsers, networks, or devices;
• the performance, security, or continued availability of any blockchain network.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pull.fun and its affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, loss of digital assets, market losses, or business interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pull.fun's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount you paid to Pull.fun in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
• USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you. In such cases, Pull.fun's liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pull.fun and its affiliates, operators, partners, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
• your misuse of any pull, pack, marketplace, wallet, redemption, or promotional feature;
• any claim by a third party related to your transactions on the platform.

Pull.fun may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms;
• required by law or compliance obligations;
• suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity is detected or suspected;
• continued access would create risk to the Service, other users, or Pull.fun.

23.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• you will have 90 days from the date of notice to withdraw any remaining wallet balance, subject to applicable verification and compliance requirements;
• you will have 90 days to initiate redemption of vaulted physical items, subject to applicable fees;
• unredeemed digital items may be forfeited after the wind-down period;
• pending withdrawals at the time of termination will be processed subject to compliance review.

Pull.fun may shorten or waive the wind-down period where termination is due to fraud, legal requirement, or serious policy violation. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Sections 4, 6, 17, 20–22, 24–26, and 30.

Pull.fun will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies;
• blockchain network outages, smart contract failures, network forks, or validator misbehavior;
• failure or outage of third-party payment processors, vault providers, or shipping carriers;
• government actions, sanctions, regulatory changes, or court orders;
• war, terrorism, civil unrest, or embargoes;
• power failures, internet outages, or cyberattacks;
• exchange delistings or cryptocurrency market disruptions.

During a force majeure event, affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. Pull.fun will use reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of filing.

• The seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware.
• The language of proceedings shall be English.
• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator.
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that:

• disputes will be brought only on an individual basis;
• class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law;
• either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.

If arbitration is not enforceable for a particular claim, that claim shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Pull.fun shall bear the arbitration filing and administration fees for consumer claims under USD $10,000, unless the arbitrator determines the claim is frivolous.

Pull.fun may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature, item format, pull mechanic, price structure, inventory type, reward system, or service functionality at any time. We are not liable for modifications, interruptions, or discontinued features.

Pull.fun may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email to the address associated with your account. Updated Terms become effective 30 days after posting, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before they take effect.

Pull.fun may deliver notices to you by email (to the address on your account), in-app notification, or by posting on the Service. Notices are deemed received:

• if by email, 24 hours after sending;
• if by in-app notification, upon display;
• if by posting on the Service, upon posting.

Notices to Pull.fun must be sent to legal@pull.fun.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver. No failure or delay by Pull.fun to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any right on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right on any other occasion.

Assignment. Pull.fun may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Pull.fun's prior written consent.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any incorporated supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pull.fun regarding the Service.
